ibertren serie 8000 wagons light

Once installed the new internal parts i wanted to put some lights into wagns. It seems like that there isn't any predisposition for this kind of thing so i had to impovise. analyzing the wagons i notice three problems:
1) Weels electricaly isolated from their axis
2) No holes to make electric cable pass
3) The wagon blocking sistem prevent to place any object witout drilling it before

the 1st problem can easly solved placing a small copper brush on top of the two top weels on one side and another brush on top of the two bottom weels on the other side. To place all electical stuff necessary for the light circuit i used a thin plexiglass drilled, using an old school friend: hole punch, to allow blocking wagon system to pass through.

In order to take elctricity fron weels, to the circuit, i didn't want to make any hole in the structure; to solve this problem i spent al lot of time thinking, thinking and than the enlightening :-D idea: Use the existing steel screws used to close the wagon for connecting small copper plating on bottom (in their turn connected using wires to the copper brushes) to the light internal circuit.

What did i need? Here a list:
few 1mm leds, a bridge rectifier, resistors, copper, wires, a solde, a plexiglass support and a loooot of patience: those leds are so damn small!
Unfortunatly i forgot to take a picture of the finished circuit so i made a diagram of it (i know i'm not a good freehand drower:-)

Once closed is enough toconnect the two brushes with a wire to the small copper plate and fix the to the screws et voilà , everything is done!

I made a smal variation on the classic wagons illumination in the bed coaces; i didn't considered appropriate to enlight all of them: after all people tha wnat to sleep do not keep lights on...
